Bless.Giving provides a platform that allows nonprofit organizations to collect donations online. Donors can make contributions to their chosen nonprofit organizations through our website.

3. Fees and Payment

Transaction Fees: For each donation transaction processed through our platform, the following fees will apply:

• Stripe Fees: Stripe's standard processing fees (currently [X% + $Y per transaction], subject to Stripe’s terms).

• Bless.Giving Fee: An additional fee of $0.30 per transaction.

Fee Payment Options:

• Donor-Paid Fees: Donors have the option to cover both the Stripe fees and the Bless.Giving fee when making a donation.

• Nonprofit-Paid Fees: If the donor chooses not to cover the fees, they will be deducted from the donation amount before it is transferred to the nonprofit organization.

4. Use of the Services

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration: Nonprofit organizations must create an account to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringing upon the rights of others

5. Donations

Donation Processing: Donations made through our platform are processed by Stripe. By making a donation, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
